Welcome families visiting or living in Sedona!

If you are looking for a family mini or HALF session, the images below are where my family or maternity mini sessions take place - at Secret Slide Rock!

I also do full sessions here and we can take our time and make photos and videos and get your full family story. Full sessions take place in other locations, but half sessions are here because it’s so easy to get to from the parking lot.

I have multiple locations around the Sedona area, and yes I travel!

Secret Slick Rock like many spots in Sedona is best on weekdays, but I do shoot there on weekends.

For a full family session, we walk all the way into Secret Slide rock (about 10 minutes each way) and we stop and shoot along the trail in the trees. Right now in May, my full sessions start at 5:30 and end at 7:00. They are adventurous and fun, and there is plenty of time to get lots of individuals of each family member, and different combinations of you together.

I also shoot full family sessions at other locations, but minis are only shot here due to the short walk in.

PRICING

I offer half sessions in Sedona they are $550 and the shoot is 30 minutes in the hour before the sun sets. You receive 40 images. In the following days you will receive 10-15 sneak peaks. And then you get your full gallery within 3 weeks.

Full sessions are $950, 90 minutes, and you receive 80+ images and a short video. Want some headshots during the full shoot? We cand do that! these sessions can take place anywhere in Sedona that is reasonable. Some people want to shoot in very busy popular places where it just isn’t doable, like Devils Bridge for example. This shoot was at Secret Slick Rock. I also love Sugar Loaf Trail, a bit of a short hike, 25 minutes- but it has sweeping 360 views and nobody is around. HERE is a blog with this place.

WHAT’S THE PROCESS?

First we pick a date, you pay the deposit to hold it- then we talk location and if you need help styling we do that! Think earth tones. Light browns, Ivory, even teal or antique pink look great. Black is also an option.

WHAT TO WEAR?

Be sure to keep in mind the orange red backdrop. Black and off white look amazing and you “pop” from the backdrop. Also teal, gold, blues and light browns work.

I like to think “earth tones” And steer clear of logos or florescent colors. If you want to go barefoot, bring flip flops and kick them off.
