Before those tiny beautiful perfect little fingers curl around yours, before their eyes meet yours for the first time—there is this: you in your fullness, surrounded by the elements, wrapped in light, whispering to your unborn, “You are loved already.”

This shoot was so beautiful and meaningful. We shot on a weekday evening so that it would be less busy. She brought 4 dresses, we stuck to two-shooting each one dry first. I have known this woman from back in the day. I often shot a lot of creative people in my spare time. It helped build my creative muscles and just play and make art, and the creative outlet is as necessary for me as the air I breathe. So for this, I amforever grateful to this lady, and also in awe of her stepping into the power of motherhood.

Maternity Sessions within an hour of Seattle are $950 and include 70-100 edited images in a gallery where you can order prints, books, gifts. First I take a deposit to hold your date, then we plan the time and place, and what to wear. I help pose and guide you during our photoshoot.
